CORBY BEANFIELD BY-ELECTION RESULT
A very good result in the Corby Beanfield by-election. Although we didn't win we made great inroads and if you compare them to the last local election it looks as if Labour are losing their stranglehold on Corby. If reflected in a general election we could make this a safe constituency seat.

Labour 56% minus 5%
Conservative 34% plus 17.4%
Lib/Dems 10% (did not field candidate last time)
